Mechanical Designer - Railway

As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Mechanical Designer for the railway sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.

What is the challenge?

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Mechanical design of components and assemblies for the railway sector.
• 3D modeling and 2D drafting using Creo.
• Technical documentation management through Windchill.
• Conversion and adaptation of 3D models into 2D drawings according to company standards.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience on the field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in using Creo and Windchill.
• Previous experience in the railway sector preferred; automotive experience also considered.
• Fluency in English.
