About the Role

JCDecaux is seeking a Junior Program Manager to help drive the convergence of our AdTech investments and initiatives across the organisation. This role is perfect for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in cross-functional project management, and strategic alignment—someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy, with strong business modeling skills to develop and maintain business cases for the AdTech Convergence initiatives.

As a Junior Program Manager, you will support the alignment of strategic projects, ensure seamless collaboration between our Sales & Marketing Committee, VIOOH, Displayce, IT Corp, and DataCorp, and contribute to the development and execution of our AdTech convergence. Your ability to design scalable workflows, optimize operations, and translate complex initiatives into actionable plans will be critical to our success.


Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Project Management

·       Implement and monitor project management processes to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives.

·       Develop and maintain a Portfolio Project Management (PPM) tool to track progress, dependencies, and risks across all AdTech pilots and projects.

·       Organise and facilitate strategic planning sessions and track follow-up actions to ensure alignment with group objectives.

·       Prepare the Program Governance Meetings (agenda, support document, minutes) including regular reports to JCDecaux Executive Board.

·       Define and track KPIs for program success and produce consolidated reporting for leadership to provide visibility on progress, challenges, and outcomes.

·       Collaborate closely with Finance and Controlling to develop the program business case and align with financial objectives.

2. AdTech Strategy & Innovation

·       Work with the AdTech Convergence Committee to identify opportunities for synergy and innovation across JCDecaux’s AdTech ecosystem.

·       Analyse internal needs and market trends to propose actionable solutions that enhance our AdTech capabilities.

·       Contribute to the creation of business cases, technical documentation, and commercial proposals for new initiatives.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership

·       Act as a bridge between the Sales & Marketing Committee, VIOOH, Displayce, IT Corp, and DataCorp to ensure cohesive project delivery and knowledge sharing.

·       Support multidisciplinary teams in project coordination and consulting, ensuring cohesive delivery of high-impact AdTech projects.

·       Participate in consulting missions as needed, leveraging your expertise to drive project success for internal and external stakeholders.

Profile Needed

Ideal Profile

·       Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a focus on data, project management, or digital transformation.

·       Strategic Alignment: A track record of partnering with senior executives to harmonize objectives and improve operational predictability.

·       Experience: Familiarity with the media sector,  UX-driven solutions, AdTech, Data, or AI projects is a plus. Prior experience in program coordination or consulting is valued.

·       Skills:

o   Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion, Jira, Anaplan,…).

o   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable plans.

o   Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English, with a talent for creating clear, compelling presentations and documentation.

·       Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, and rigorous, with a passion for driving alignment in innovative environments and the ability to navigate complex ecosystems.
